In line with the International Day for Women and Girls in Science, our employee nterviews are entering their second round. This time with Marina B. from Hamburg.
The full interview with further questions about her project and daily life at ALTEN Technology, can be found in the video below.
How did your career with ALTEN start?
I have been working for ALTEN since September 2017 and started as a consultant. My first job was more related to design. I had to design a flyer for Airbus, so I stayed in this project and then became a consultant and after eight months I became Cluster Leader.
How many people are in your team?
When I started, we were 8 people. Now we are 17, and in the whole project, in the big project, we are more than 40.
What is your current project?
It is called RISE, it is nothing else than a BlackBox, but with a new development, a new generation. I am responsible for the verification and validation in this project, I am also cluster leader for two other smaller projects.
What would you want to change in the world?
To teach people how to be happy. Because most bad things happen because people are unhappy.
Thank you Marina for taking the time talking to us!
