Olivier Lemaitre has been appointed Managing Director of ALTEN Germany. He replaces Yves-Antoine Brun in his function as Managing Director of ALTEN GmbH and its subsidiaries in Germany. Yves-Antoine Brun will leave the ALTEN Group on September 30, 2021 after more than 18 years.

Within Germany, Lemaitre will now manage the company together with Sandra Berger, who has also been appointed Managing Director. Sandra Berger has already been CFO at ALTEN for 15 years and is also an authorized signatory.

Olivier Lemaitre has already been fully responsible for the Group’s business in Germany and Austria as Executive Vice-President since December 1, 2020. He is also a member of the ALTEN Group Board of Directors. After starting his career at Renault in Poland, Olivier Lemaitre spent most of his career within Page Group, which he successfully repositioned for the future. He is looking forward to his new key role at ALTEN: “I have been warmly welcomed into the ALTEN Group and I am looking forward to tackling the projects now ahead at ALTEN together with my team.
