YOU…

  • are reponsible for the management of licence administration for all internal tools, including activation, renewal and allocation across the organization
  • provide end-user support for licence-related questions, troubleshooting access issues and ensuring correct tool usage
  • coordinate cross-department workflows to align tool ownership, cost centers, licence usage and user access requirements
  • maintain accurate licence tracking dashboards/maps, ensuring up-to-date visibility of available, assigned and expiring licences
  • monitor compliance and audit readiness, ensuring all tools and systems meet internal policies and vendor licensing rules

Be our forward thinker

YOU…

  • have an IT Degree / IT Architecture Degree or an equivalent qualification
  • are experienced in coordination with multiple departments
  • have a strong understanding of redHat/Linux/Windows server architecture, including how licensing models interact with system environments
  • are proficient in monitoring licence usage across users, servers and architectures, ensuring compliance and optimization
  • can design and improve ergonomic, intuitive licence-tracking maps/dashboards for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
