• support business management in the expansion of their business unit
• support existing accounts, project acquisition, staffing and handling internal administrative tasks
• act as a supporting hand to Recruiting in the active search for new talent through various channels such as LinkedIn and Xing
• independently conduct interviews and be responsible for hiring consultants
• are responsible for the continuous development of new strategies to attract candidates

Be our forward thinker

YOU…

• fulfill the V.I.E. participation requirements
• are enrolled in a (technically) oriented course of study, e.g. industrial engineering or business administration
• already have some experience in sales or project management – or have an affinity for technical sales
• are able to work independently and on your own initiative and are highly motivated and have good communication skills
• have very good MS Office application skills as well as very good German and good English skills
