As a business manager at ALTEN, you will be in charge of your own business unit. You will work following the profit-centre-model combining work on technical sales with HR management tasks.
One of your main responsibilities will be the development of your own client base by means of new customer acquisition and the management of existing key accounts. In addition, you will be independently responsible for HR resource planning. You are responsible for making long-term decisions on the direction and future development of your business unit and for planning who will be active where and in what project. This also includes the planning of personnel deployment for your customer projects. Ensuring the best-possible supervision of your team and the advancement of each individual employee also falls within the scope of your responsibility.
