Joining ALTEN means joining a house that is constantly evolving. We value the skills of our talents and willingly entrust them with responsibilities. Volunteers at ALTEN work independently on important tasks and are fully integrated into the department and team. Our networked and international approach will allow you to discover many areas over the course of your V.I.E placement and to acquire profound insights into what consulting involves on a day-to-day basis. There is a wide range of employment opportunities at the Group at the end of the V.I.E placement.

Your onboarding process
We want you to feel right at home from your first steps at ALTEN! That’s why, in addition to a training period, we also organize networking events per location to enable you to meet your colleagues. This will be an opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with your new working environment as well as to develop your professional network.
Career management
ALTEN encompass a wide range of jobs and activities and pose tremendous opportunities for career perspectives and challenging tasks. You work in an environment characterised by an open-minded approach. Your manager will schedule regular follow-up meetings to ensure that your assignment is running smoothly. Three career paths are available: Business Management, Consulting, or Support Functions.
