YOU…

• implement test solutions on state-of-the-art production testers with current focus on Teradyne Flex/J750, Advantest 93k
• focus on the challenges in wafer and final component testing
• debugg and transfer the test packages to the production facilities
• coordinate with design-, concept- and product engineering teams on test and DfT concepts, content and results

Be our forward thinker

YOU…

• have completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering or a similar field
• have first work experience in the field of Semiconductor Test Engineering
• have practical experience in ATE (Teradyne and/or Advantest)
• have good communication skills in English
