OSB AG becomes ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH, the specialist for personnel leasing

Since 2021 part of the ALTEN Group, OSB AG acts as a specialist in the field of employee leasing in Germany.
ALTEN Group has decided to go one step further and first merge its sister company Dynamic Engineering GmbH with OSB AG, as well as change its name and legal form to ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH.
All changes will be entered in the commercial register at the same time and will thus take effect simultaneously.

ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH, under its new name, continues to be the specialist in Germany in the field of temporary employment.
