YOU…

• develop a test program for the semiconductor testing industry
• support and work in close cooperation with Test Architects, Product Developers and Product Engineers
• develop test-concepts, test-programs and test-hardware based on the overall test strategy and according to the industrial requirements specification (IRS)
• are responsible for the reaching of test engineering related milestones
• are involved in digital test pattern conversions
• define and develop test methods and techniques
• are responsible for the development of production and characterization of hardware for automatic test equipment with high test coverage
• analyze the test data and report results to the design teams

Be our forward thinker

YOU…

• achieved an academic degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science or related discipline
• have expert knowledge in semiconductor testing domain and test program development
• bring relevant experience in semiconductor testing industry
• have hands-on experience in hardware development or load-board design
• might have proven experience as a technical project lead (strong benefit)
• speak English and maybe German
