The merger between ALTEN SW GmbH and ALTEN GmbH has been completed with retroactive effect from 01.01.2022. With this step, not only internal processes and structures are harmonized in the sense of “One ALTEN in Germany”, but also further investments are made in the brand identity: According to the motto “One face to the customer”, ALTEN GmbH now represents all of the company’s offerings in a bundled manner.
Therefore, from now on, all business activities will be handled under the name ALTEN GmbH. All contractual rights and obligations of ALTEN SW GmbH have been transferred to ALTEN GmbH.
