Merger of ALTEN Technology into ALTEN GmbH
ALTEN, a world leader in Engineering and IT Services, is strengthening its organization in Germany through the merger of ALTEN Technology GmbH with ALTEN GmbH.
As of June 16th, 2026, ALTEN GmbH and ALTEN Technology GmbH have officially merged into a single legal entity—a decisive step in our long-standing “One Germany” strategy. Both companies have long shared the same mission, values, and structures, and have worked with standardized tools and joint audits.
With the entry in the commercial register, all rights and obligations of ALTEN Technology GmbH are transferred to ALTEN GmbH. As of July 1st, 2026, the combined entity will be led by CEO Pierre MARCEL and CFO Sandra BERGER, along with Authorized Officer Markus MAIBACH.
The merger represents the conclusion of a period of convergence where the two companies have harmonized processes, consolidated expertise and created a unified structure across all locations. This strengthens our position as a leading engineering and technology partner in Germany while delivering added value to our customers.
